Has anyone taken BIO 205 at phoenix college in the summer?

Did you take the hybrid or online class? How was it? Who was your teacher & was she easy?? What grade did you get?

I am taking hybrid right now with R.C. (16 weeks long). I don't believe there is a BIO205 completely online, unless you take it at Rio Salado. I would not say she is easy, but she is very knowledgeable and passionate about microbiology. The content is not easy, so you have to work hard for a good grade. She is the best instructor I have ever had :)

I took the 5 week class and Gateway and really liked it. Nice quick way to get it done

Micro is not easy, it requires work and effort. I live micro but given your obsession with finding something easy I don't think any program will be "easy". When people talk about if being easy it's because they made it easy for themselves by being a good student.

It's not easy. There is alot of material to cover including lab. I took the 5 week summer course at Gateway so I could be in a live learning environment, not an online course. I think for Micro the lab is what cements the information you learn in lecture. I can't remember if I got an A or B but it was somewhere around there.

I'm just trying to figure out if it would be worth the trouble to take it at a community college because I go to ASU and from what I've heard it's extremely difficult here. I'm just doing my research because I've heard community colleges are sometimes easier than universities.
