Has anyone gotten email from nursys e-notify?

I got an email from nursys today and it asked me to update my info. The title of the email was nursys e-notify account. I am just feeling paranoid wondering what triggered them to send me this email. Anyone got the email like this? E-mails from nursys I got in the past were reminding me license renewal. So this feels unsual and I am wondering why this has happened.

When I get emails like this, IF indeed I have an account, I never click any links embedded in the email. I just go to the website and look into what was stated in the email. I update my information in the account because I trust that over an email. Simple fix and keep it moving. 
 

It could be that they've updated their software and would like for everyone to go in an update their information. I think that's the fastest way to see test the website's functionality after any updates. That is my take on it. 
 

Forgot to add that if there is an issue with your license or practice, you'll be hearing from your state's board of nursing instead of nursys, I believe.
