Guys anybody who attend the BLS/CPR training Visayas, Philippines?

Published

Hi,

I just want to ask if anybody here who also attended to the BLS/CPR training of Zach's Lifesaving Training Services , they're from Cebu because my certificates that was issued by the owner was not recognized by any agency when I applied going abroad. I believed to what they told us during the training that the training is certified by Emergency First Response (http://www.ECSInstitute.org and http://www.emergencyfirstresponse.com) and it is recognized in the USA and other countries. Throughout the Central Philippines we are already thousands having this certificates, how come that EFR is not recognized in America? He's training is on going right now and thousands of participants are added every month throughout the Central Philippines and is expanding. The participants are mostly newly pledge nurses who wants to have a proper training and have an aunthentic certificate for applying in London, Canada, Australia and USA. The owner found it as an opportunity to contenue conducting a training every week from different places here in Central Philippines. So imagine hundreds and thousands of nurses are having certificates and cards. I really confused on what to do and need to attend again to other training that is recognized in the USA.

Please help me....

Normal for many courses not to be recognised from one country to another.

Thanks for the reply, I emailed the EFR and ECSI and they replied that they are recognized in US but the problem is the training center of the said guy didn't forwarded the rooster of participants rather he made the homemade certificates and card. The problem is we are already thousands having the homemade one. tsk tsk tsk

Hi there, I can't help but comment on this. I too have become a victim of this. I have attended his training in Dumaguete from one review center. He was promising an international card. But what he issued was a card that he printed on his own. Naturally it was not accepted. I as well as many others were deceived, including the review center who contacted them for the course. The review center has replaced them with a new provider who issues a legitimate card. I took the course again and the card that he issued was accepted. So be careful about this .. He is more of money making and deceit.

I hope you be careful with dealing with this guy. He even claims to have been trained in the United States when in fact he was not. I am not preparing the necessary documents to substantiate my complaints.

I also have the same concerns. I also took the same training in Bohol with a review center. Sad to say, we were also told that the certificates and completion card were of international validation but the thing is, that what he issued was not accepted in a recruitment agency in Manila when I applied. I even asked an ECSI training center in Manila and was told that the completion card that he issued was not the ECSI completion card and that he is using Nurses as Instructors for his certificates to be valid, I dont know whether his instructors are aware of what he is doing or not. I was even asked by the ECSI center why is he using the TESDA, AHA, ECSI name on his certificates, is this allowed by this organizations. I also posted a thread in this site, not to destroy his credibility as Instructor but to warn ahead of time people who are planning to take trainings with his institution and to question the validity of certificates and the completion card that he issued.

It seems that there are many who have been victims of this guy. So just be careful. Anyway, training center name is up above on the start of this thread... He has now change it into Agbay Lifesavers Circle Services. It important that people should know since what he has done might also destroy other instructors who are truly issuing the original cards. Remember, i took the course again from another instructor who issued ECSI original cards...

thanks for this posts.. oh my God... i cant imagine the frustration if i payed a partial payment for that training course.. anyways.. does anybody know a training center that issues the original cards? thanx... God bless

Hi, I am one of those who have joined the training from *****... The cards were not accepted when I submitted it to an agency. This was the reason why I found out that what he issued was a home made card. It is unfortunate that I was able to join this forum late. I could have known it earlier. Well, I took the course from Basic Lifesaving Solutions and was issued the original cards. Now I am presently out of the country and would like to advise everyone to make sure that the cards you received are the original and not made of any plastic cards. It is really great that forums like this exist... It certainly provides good information...

Hi!

Thanks for the comment! Seems like Mr. ***** had already done quite a damage! tsk tsk. Students

will be deceived by his cards and his role playing scenario thing coz they find it fun w/o knowing it is really inappropriate
