Guidance for Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS)

I'm seeking guidance. I have been a PICU nurse for over 20 years and recently obtained my PNP AC/PC certification. I've been working in this role for the last few months. I'm interested in becoming a Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist (PMHS), but I do not have experience as a nurse in that field.

If anyone has pursued this certification in the past, I would appreciate guidance on how to obtain it on a fast track, if possible, and whether it's wise to pursue this course. I'm also curious about the market response in this field, as I'm aware that Pediatric NPs are often paid poorly.
