Hello! I am signed up and ready to start the CNA glass at GTCC Wendover this June. I am aware that the scrubs are not needed for the first day but I would like to go ahead and buy everything I need but the manual was not very specific as to what kind of top (besides white) we are required to buy. Is there a limit on the number of pockets or style for the scrubs? Also is there a good place in or around Greensboro to buy some scrubs? Any other additional information will help as well.

I'm not sure if you've found your answer but when I took the class there last year it was a white scrubs and shoes for clinicals.

Thanks the thought of white pants is kind of like eesh! They can be so see through but I'm sure it will be just fine.

Lol, I wore my clinical white top to work one day (bad idea) and got soaked from a residents shower and after was jokingly voted number one in the wet t-shirt contest.
The only good thing about those scrubs is to keep as an extra set in your car in case you get dirty.
O goodness well at least something good came out of it. He he. That is a great idea! I'll def have to keep that in mind!

Our CNA school gives everyone dark unisex navel scrubs for clinical day. The teacher can tell you which color you need for clinical. Some work-places allow CNA to wear only solid colors while other places do not care just as long as you wear scrubs. Some places even allows a tee shirt with the company's name and scrub pants. Good Luck!
I'll definitely ask, thank you! :)
