Hello!

There has not been a new thread started for the current application class this year. Now the application deadline is over, I thought I would make a thread to have company in the dreadful waiting process. (WHY IS 8 WEEKS NECESSARY?!)

So to those who applied to GTC for the Fall 01, Fall 02, Spring 01 cohorts (deadline was May 15th), how many points did you have and what are you most excited/nervous about?

I had 156 points.

I'm most excited about moving to Greenville and hopefully starting nursing school, I'm most nervous that I won't get in or will only be accepted for the spring term.

I wish the wait wasn't so long! It is stressing me out as well. I attended the career talk for the nursing program on May 9th and one student asked what is the lowest amount of points they have accepted so far and one of the nursing instructors said it was 118. You have 156 points, so I am sure you will have no issues getting in! Lol I only have 97 points, and I am pretty sure that I won't get accepted into the program until spring since more students are accepted into spring/summer.

Hello! I got my letter in the mail today! Accepted for October start date :)

I got my acceptance letter last week i start August 21st i had 131 points in total it was an extremely long waiting process
