Grand Canyon BSN in Tucson?

Published

Hi! Does anyone know anything about this program in Tucson? It looks like it is fairly new. I can't find any info about it on the GCU website.

Is anyone in the program? Or does anyone have a link (other than this one) that would offer more information like prereqs, current wait list, is it only available to employees of the participating hospital?

I can't believe that GCU doesn't have any detailed information on their site.

Thank you!

It's the same program and school, just now it's based in Tucson as well.

Each class is about 5 weeks. You attend a live class once in the first week and once in the last week. You go through with the same students. It meets online once a week. The program last anywhere from 18-20 months (I've heard both).

That's pretty much it in a nutshell.

If you work for Carondelet-then it's free with a committment. If you take it yourself, then it's about $16k.

I guess I failed to mention that this for for the online RN-BSN program! Ooops!

It may not be the same for the traditional BSN.

GCU does have a nursing program in Tucson. It is a BSN program that is a fast track program. I was a graduate of cohort 2. I believe they are on cohort 9 maybe. It is the same program that they have in Phx. The office and classes are at TMC-U at the corner of Grant and Rosemont.
