How long after graduation does it take to be able to take the NCLEX? What I'm trying to ask here is- if I graduate on 15 May, can I take the NCLEX some time soon thereafter (like end of May or June?).

Average is about six weeks after graduating, but it also depends on which state that you are taking it for.

I graduate May 18th, and my program says that some people have taken the Nclex at end of May/Early June. My friend who is graduating with me this year finished 2nd semester on May 12th of last year, and took her Nclen-PN on June 1st. I think it also depends on your school. For instance, my director will send out of graduation info on the day we graduate. We already have our application on file, fingerprints done, and registration w/Pearson view with all fees paid.
Good Luck and Congrats on your Graduation!:balloons:

I was a fourth semester ADN student in California...
but i did not pass... and so I am taking LVN now
and i will be graduating May 24.
Do you think I will be able to take the NCLEX-PN and
get my license in time to return to ADN 4th semester
which starts August 16??
My school will not let me return until i have LVN license.
