Graduated from foreign nursing college 7 years ago but failed NCLEX....plz help!!!

please guide me what to study . I have been using Lippincot. saunders, hurts review ,La charity . But still failed the NCLEX test .Any suggestions?

Any NCLEX study book that offers both questions and rationals. Personally I found saunders suited me but it work with what you have.

Hello Love Nursing, I am sorry that you didn't pass the NCLEX. However, it is not the end of the world even though it feels like it. It happened to some of us as well who graduated from nursing school 5 plus years ago. Give yourself a little break then jump back on the horse again. YOU WILL PASS YOUR NCLEX AT THE RIGHT TIME. Evaluate yourself and see where you are going wrong. Is it test anxiety or you forgot your content. That is my problem. So I am strengthening my content and working on my test anxiety. You know yourself better than any one else. If you believe in the power of prayer. Pray to God to help you through this difficulty mental draining time. Remember, the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong but to those that endures to the end. Endure! Endure! Endure!

So sorry to hear that, be confident you can do it next time, I am foreign nurse too and preparing NCLEX,where are you from?? I did kalpan and NCSBN learning extension course, now thinking to join hurst review as everybody says it's good, I don't have enough confident to attentd NCLEX, I am using Saunders,PDA by Linda,mosby and Davis Q&A review, good luck!!!

Hi everyone thanks for all your time and suggestions. I am going to write about my test now . I took it on may 28 In the starting I only had multiple choice questions but as I kept going I had around 9 sata's, exhibit quiz,math questions,questions with pictures ,one hot spot and 2 ECG strips. It was haaaaaaard lol but when I came to my car It said delivery successful when I check pvt trick but I took me to cc page . I am worried now. I am waiting for official mail , do not know how long it will take though.

I just took the test and it was hard. Lots of select all that apply. I think the important thing is your strategy in answering the questions. Choose stable vs unstable, priority vs non priority, ABC etc. Anyways good luck to you and I hope everything will work out.
