Graduate nurse salary

Hello! I am finishing my bachelors degree at a school in the med center in Houston. I plan to apply to MD Anderson, Texas Children's, Methodist, and Memorial Hermann. Does anyone know what the starting pay for a graduate nurse is at these hospitals? TIA!

Most of the facilities in and around the Medical Center offer starting pay rates that range from the mid to high $20s per hour.

I know a new grad who was accepted into a TMC facility Nurse Residency - $30 per hour with $4 geographic differential (working in the TMC is a hassle)

I'm starting at $30.50 (night shift) but I believe this is the low end of the spectrum

Does that $30.50 include the night shift diff? If so, then that is about right. If that is the base pay, that is on the very high end.

I think so my friend is starting with 26.50 not including night shift diff.

Yes, that includes the night shift dif.
