Government reimbursement to APNs

So we all know that primary nurse practitioners get reimburse lower than primary physician from Medicare in the U.S. But does anyone know of a government reimbursement program in another country- other than U.S.- where payment to nurse practitioners is comparable to physicians? I need information on how this goal of better government pay to primary nurse practitioners in achieved. Thanks for any help.
