BSN, SNP, STRAP porgram?

I am currently in my last semester of my two year RN. I am enlisted in the Army Reserve and use my GI bill to help cover nursing school. I have been accepted into a BSN program that starts in the fall, but I am also considering going for my DNP. I want to specialize in the ED. Does anyone know anything about the STRAP program? I could not find much information on it online. Does anyone know of anyway to have the Army pay for my DNP as I will have used most of my GI bill by that point and TA will not cover doctorate programs. I also would prefer to stay in the reserves but I am not entirely opposed to going active depending on the circumstances.Thank you in advance!
