Just found out that my hold up is, once again, my 368. I just spoke to the civilian that was taking care of my 368 who said it was signed and completed. Uhmmm, apparently not. So now I have only 60 days left or I lose my spot. I've also been dealing with the fact that I may get passed over for promotion because my documents have not been permed. I got the information while I was at BOLC and have been trying to get my packet squared away for 1 1/2 wks now without success. My board file now says that I'm not educationally qualified for promotion. All because my school documents that I turned into my unit in JULY haven't been uploaded to HRC. REALLY???? I know that this has been a frustrating period for all of us, but it's like one road block after another just keeps popping up. Or should I say hurdle...and let me tell you, I could probably win gold in hurdles right about now!!! Anyway, hope everyone else is having a much easier time and are getting their orders. I'm so excited for you guys and can't wait to hear where you're ending up. Anyone get their BOLC orders yet?

Finally found out my status today, got the letter that I am OML, dated Dec. 2. A bit dissapointed the recruiter wasnt able to figure that out cause the waiting sucked, especially when everyone else knew their results...

Congrats to those of you selected. You all must of been a bunch of animals! I felt like a good GPA, 2LT in RC with good APFT scores, and 12 mos. exp med/surg plus 5 months CVICU would of been enough. If I try again next year Ill defentely need to step up the game with my packet and another year exp. will prolly help!

Wow, your recruiter realllllly should've known way before you got your letter! Maybe he/she was hoping your status would change from OML to selected ;). i hope it works out for you!

Thanks Care&Joy!! Yes, I'm still excited. I know it will get signed, I'm just being, oh I don't know, impatient!!! LOL!! I just can't get orders until it's signed because once it's signed it means I'm separated from the Reserves. Once it's signed then I have to have orders cut for the day following so that there isn't a lapse in service. The 368 takes about 90 days to get CDR USARC signature. So if all goes well then I know I have until the beginning of January. That's not bad. I think I can hang on for that much longer...This has been going on a year and a half now, what's a month!!! Have you heard anything?

I'm in the same boat as you New1LT. Waiting on my 368, sent through APMC back in mid August. I've been in touch with APMC to track it, still waiting to hear back. You said you have 60 days or you lose your spot? What spot is that?

Our (Reservist) spot is only held for 90 days. If our 368 hasn't been signed by then, then we lose our AC spot. So, we were selected on Nov 16th (that's when my select date says on the Work Flow Notification) and we have until 90 days from that date to be released from the AR. So you're with APMC as well? Because of the open forum and the disrespectful tone I may get I won't discuss my misfortunes that I've been going through the past few months. I'm curious if you've been having any problems though?!? Let me know!!

It's been trying at times, but things seem to be moving along now. My recruiter told me I've been selected, and there is a spot, somewhere, for me. I was told as long as everything get finished up by the end of the fiscal year I'm ok. I have a call into Mr. M as he was following up today on the status of my paperwork. I may use Col K's open door policy based on what information Mr. M can get.
