Got verbal offer, waiting for written offer.

Hi, I just got a verbal offer from the manager after interview that I got the job. I am now waiting for the written offer from HR. He said that I should hear back about the official offer later today or early next week. I just want what to know if anyone else had to wait too for the official offer and how long? He was already giving me details about orientation and how the schedule works, and also other details. I am just anxiously waiting for the HR person to call me because I want the official papers before I give my two weeks notice so I can be totally sure that I got the job, any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

Yea wait for official offer letter before you submit 2 weeks notice. In the mean time go do something fun to distract yourself

Ha, I had the same problem!

I heard from HR a week and a half after my verbal offer with the nurse manager. I know you're worried because "**** happens" but relax a little lol
