So i started applying for jobs- i did a LITTLE research on places i applied to. And i got an interview at Kenosha Medical Center. Has anyone worked here?? is it a good place to work for a new grad?? (Med/surg floor). I know i need to do my research before going in- but its always nice to hear from employees or someone who has worked there or knows the place. How is their medical records? (I read an online article saying they still use paper charting, of course this was from 2009 so im sure things have changed, but just thought i'd ask)
Any advice, tips, anything you can say about it would be great
Thanks
Jenni

Are you in WI? I don't know the hospital itself but I lived in Kenosha for a while and it is a VERY COOL town!!!!! I loved living there (newlywed, prekids :)). I would move back there in a heartbeat. Wish I had info on the hospitals but I never had reason to be in one while I was there.

I grew up in Wisconsin Rapids, a little futher north. I don't know of your Hospital, but I know you need to dress warmly in the winter and carry a big snow shovel. You have lake effect snow. Very pretty, close to Milwaukee and Chicago. What a nice place to live.
