Holds are placed on exams for a variety of reasons, none of them having to do with the likelihood of your passing or failing. NO ONE can possibly tell you if you will pass or fail, if your "pop up" when you played the Magic 8 Ball PVT Game indicates anything at all for you. Maybe you passed. Maybe you failed.
When the Hold is lifted (typically 24-72 hours after it is placed), your test results are released to your State BoN. If your State participates in the Quick Results program, for heavens' sake pay the eight bucks (rather than risk a $200 charge, or another 'declined' notice, which tells you zero). THEN you will know if you passed or failed.
Thanks RNsRWe.. but isnt it a bad sign that I got the bad pop up first before it turned to result on hold?

It's a guessing game. Think magic 8 ball. Try and be patient. No one can tell you with any certainty. It's a bad sign if that's what you want to hear. It's meaningless until the hold is lifted after the audit is complete
Do not try again unless you wish to risk $200.
Your BoN will not get your results until the hold is lifted.
Thanks guys... tomorrow is the 48hr after my exam. I will just wait for the quick result. Gracias!
If your results are still on hold you won't be able to access quick results until the audit is complete
Alright. I just have to WAIT. Thanks..

The above poster is correct, you need to wait until the hold is lifted before you can access Quick Results. All that a hold means is that there's some kind of question surrounding the NCLEX session you attended. It could be for a variety of reasons, and may not actually be your exam session that they're looking into, but perhaps everyone in the group or your part of the exam room that they're looking at.
A hold just is. You can't read anything into it beyond the fact that a hold was placed on your exam.
