Hey everyone. I took the NCLEX on today and it shut off at 85 & I walked out just baffled. I had a lot of SATA, 1 calculation and a lot of teaching UAP's???? I did the Pearson vue trick when I got home and got the good popup 5 x's and then checked it again 2 hours after and got the bad popup?? I'm in Cali so we have to wait 4-6 weeks for results. Has this happened to anyone else??? Ughhhhhhh

While not reliable (hence the name "trick"), the PVT may not be accurate within 24 hours of taking the exam because of quality control procedures. However, if you continue offering Pearson Vue your money (attempting to create another registration), at some point they're going to take what you offer. Yes, it's hard to wait, but at least what CA tells you will be accurate. The PVT is about as useful as this.
lol.... Thank you for the laugh. I needed that!!! :)

STOP NOW! Stop offering Pearson Vue your money. They are going to take it. You have increased chances of inconsistencies when you keep attempting the magic eight ball PVT especially in the first 24 hours
Take a break
Go for a walk
Go shopping
Just stop challenging Pearson Vue
Glad you found some humor in it! Now, go take care of yourself- read a book for fun, go shopping, get a massage, you name it. Take some time to enjoy the leisure of not being in school or studying for NCLEX.
Thank you.. I WILL stop the madness. :)

Good luck. I know its hard but your just gonna drive yourself nuts and give Pearson $1000:uhoh3: lol enjoy your time from nursing school and studying:up:
Thank you. I've been out of school for over 2 years and studied night and day for a little over 3 weeks so I'm just stressing!!!!
Your welcome. I know the feeling. When I took my ASCP phlebotomy certification exam it showed pass afterwards but I had to wait until I got official scores. I was checking my email like every hour. It took 5 days. It drove me nuts. I was glad id passed but id studied so hard since I was told that was the hardest phlebotomy exam that I wanted to know exactly what I made. I can't imagine the anxiety ill feel when I take the NCLEX after I finish school since its way more complicated.
I'm sure you will do just fine. Good luck with everything!!!

My friend took hers in CA and her license posted in 2 days, another in less than a week. I would distract myself if I were you to make the time go by faster. Good luck!
Hello. Is she an RN? I know RN's post quickly, buy I heard LVN's don't get posted until you actually pay for your license.
