Hello! I am a new grad just starting as an RN in a Level III ER next month. I am wanting to read anything I can get my hands on that will help prepare me a little more for the job, but am not finding a whole lot online. I may buy "Emergency Nursing Bible". Any other recommendations??

Emergency Nursing Core Curriculum put out by the ENA. It's very comprehensive, lists conditions, assessment findings, nursing interventions, and helps you anticipate what tests/treatments will be ordered.
$62.60 on Amazon but worth all of that.
Thank you! I really appreciate the input, I'm a member of ENA now & have been really glad I joined. I am certain I will purchase this book not only because I am really finding ENA as a great resource, but also due to your recommendation.
Thanks!

Also, if you use this link (http://Tinyurl.com/4W8VEV) it will take you to my review page at Amazon.com. There you will see I've put together a full list of useful, quality Emergency Nursing books that I find helpful in Emergency Nursing practice.

Again, a good resource book that you can carry with you is a book specifically design to carry with you...The NNCC online site has what they call CheckMate Classic which you can specifiy your field..ER/TRAuma, critical care are two that they have. http://www.nnccusa.com and you could look at them. I have had mine and have used it so many times! It has everything you need in a very simple condensed version right at you fingertips. Plus it is something that can be updated every year with new sections. I have used mine 10 x over. It is great having all of it right there for you.
