Jul 26, 2014 There was just a clip on the TV news yesterday, dunno if these were RN case mangers or not, but they said they were stacked up to 5x their normal case load due to CMs quitting and not being replaced. The head person stated: "Yeah, but it's all 'paper work'." Oh ... only paperwork. YMMV. 0 Likes
