I moved to another state and the board of nursing here wants proof that I reported a conviction which I did. How do I get proof I reported it?

You'll need to check with the actual BON you're dealing with to see what they require as proof. Every state is different, and legal-issue resolutions are highly variable on top of that.

The board requesting proof said that I can submit, "any documentation that shows I reported it".

Did the board you reported to provide any written response? If not, maybe you could contact them and request one?

Is there any record of the report online (on the BON's site)? You might also be able to print that out if there is.
