Getting a job when I graduate

So I have been reading posts on here for days on end that have concerned me a little and confused me alot. I start an ADN program in August at a community college. I am in a rural area (the middle peninsula). My intent is to get my RN at cc, find a nursing job, then bridge to BSN online (since I am so far away from universities). Then, after my BSN, get my trauma cert and go to a trauma hospital to work. I know you don't jump straight out of nursing school into trauma nursing. When I graduate I am willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, anything I can get to gain experience. My question is, how hard is it to find work for RNs in VA? I am an hour from Richmond but will drive there if needed, since there are only a couple of hospitals on the mid pen and northern neck. I don't expect to be lucky enough to be hired there. And should I work PRN? Any advice on what to expect would be much appreciated!
