how to get a nursing job in singapore?

hello. please help me..

at now, i live in singapore, and i'm searching information for my cusine..

my cusine is graduate university(total 3 years, majored in nursing) and pass nurse exam in south korea..(this year)

she has worked in korea as nurse for some months.

she want to going to singapore next year, after get 1 year experiment.

her final pupose is going to 'us' or 'canada' as a nurse after some years in singapore.

she can speack english but not good.. i guess she has to take a English course for some month..

anyway.. i can't know where i can find a useful information for her..

even i can't know that she can work in singapore..

if she can work in singapore, what level she can? (i mean section of work, money ect..)

please help me...
