College of Coastal GA in brunswick acceptance

U.S.A. Georgia

Published

Hi,

I just got accepted to college of coastal georgia in brunswick ga. I was just wondering if anyone else got their letter and if anyone knows anything about the program here, like will i be able to do my clinicals in savannah ga or not?:yeah:

I am a second year student in the nursing program at CCGA. You will be able to do your clinicals in savannah. Our class has 8 students from savannah, most of them carpool to class.

Thank you for the info. How is the nursing program there? Are you in the ASN or BSN program? Any info that you will share is appreciated! :D

I understand that this is an old thread but I hope someone will read anyway.

What sites does ccga use for clinicals? And how far into the courses do we begin clinicals, how often do we have to go to brunswick? Basically how are the classes "structured" in a sense? Any answers from previous and current students would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Does anyone know: are the classes at the CCGA m-f 8-4 or are do they still have the teleconference classes at the hospitals i heard they use to use teleconferences for lectures as well.... anyone know?

Has anyone got into the nursing program at CCGA without taking the regents exam?

I thought that the regents exam was a must.

I thought so too, but I spoke with the department head and she stated that its not necessary to have for admission. But you need to have it by the last nursing class. She also said just to put pending on the application if you didn't take it yet.

I passed my TEAS EXAM 78.0!!!!!! YAY for me!!!!

Specializes in CNA.

I just got accepted to the BSN program at CCGA. You don't need the regents exam to get in or to graduate at least if you are a transfer student with qualifying SAT and ACT scores (that is me).

Last post was in April but is anyone else attending? Or have attended at CCGA and have ANY info at all? I am excited :)

Do u know the average teas score for ccga?

In 2010 i was just saying that i got accepted...well I graduated May 5, 2012!!!!!!! I did it! :w00t:
