Has anyone ever taken an 8 week general psychology class online? How was it?

I'm in the process of doing it now. Out of all the nursing prerequisites this one seems to be the earliest and is doable in eight weeks if you put in the time to do the assignments. At least in my class, none of the concepts are tough to grasp there's just a good amount of homework. I expect to get an 'A'

I had to take it online. For a course on campus that was "an easy A" I worked my butt off for the A. Not complaining, but it was a whole lot of busy work and papers.

I've taken it online and found it one of the easiest, besides sociology. Try to get a good teacher.

I found psychology to be easy. Everything you learn is quite interesting!

I took in it 8 weeks this summer online. It was a pretty easy A for me. Probably because it was so interesting.

Good to hear.. But I have 2 more online classes.. College algebra and English. So we will see how it goes!!

I took it in a 3 week session. That time frame made it a LOT of nonstop work, but the content was easy. I wouldn't worry about an 8 week session. Just research the instructor. Anyone can make something otherwise simple into something difficult if they want to!

You shouldn't have a problem. I took it in a normal semester, in a classroom, and I wish I should have taken it online and a shorter semester. Just make sure you study the brain in the beginning. My teacher was a stickler for the anatomy of the brain.

I absolutely loathe psychology. I'd take physiology anyway; but I love it. :)

Anyways, just do the reading bc it is online and you'll be fine. The content is really easy, just a lot of info.

Thanks everyone:) I'm sure I'll do fine, I just really want to bring me GPA up. This is the first time I've done online classes besides English classes. So I'm a bit nervous!

@Kdrenee . College algebra was pretty hard. English and psychology shouldn't be hard. It was easy to get an A in psychology because it's so interesting. hehe. I loved that class. I'm sure that you will love it too. : ))

Ehh:/ I know I'm not excited about algebra. I never was good at it!
