congratulations! y'all are doing great!

for those of us that are struggling a little bit, this is going to be our week. we have a brand new week ahead of us with new choices. keep up the good work!

my last two weeks have been filled with studying for the nclex and taking it. i actually took it on the day that i was supposed to weigh in. pretty sneaky, huh? *lol* seriously, it didn't even click until the night before the exam. i was so torn up about missing weigh in. :saint:

this week i won't weigh in, because it is "that" week (gals, you know what i am talking about :wink2: ). i always gain between 5 & 7 lbs during this week.

i hope everyone will be a big "loser" this week! *lol* take care!

Argh. Gained a pound this week. Thanks to Valentines dinner (I didn't do too bad, but bad enough) and the Daytona 500 party. Tomorrow's another day though. I'll be better. I need to get off my rear & start exercising though.

Ugh. I hate exercising...it makes me cranky. :(

The influenza/shingles diet has been amazingly effective. :stone

What I hate is that I was just getting into a good exercise routine, enjoying it and its variety, and then I went and got slapped down by a stray late-season virus. After a week of being flat on my back, I'm back among the living, but I'm still pretty weak and I don't yet feel up to exercising.......the spirit is willing, but the flesh says, "NO WAY"---and that's discouraging. :o

i weighed in today and i've lost 6.6 lbs!! i'm very happy today! i've done the ww program before, but always quit prior to getting my 5 lb ribbon...it's now hanging on my 'fridge!

Congratulations, though! Keep it up & you'll get more fun stuff. I'm looking forward to my star for my 2nd 10 lbs. lost & my 10% key ring. Hopefully next month.

I had weigh in last night and lost 3 pounds this week in spite of V-Day at Pizzeria Uno! So, now I'm down 21 lbs & earned another star for my ribbon on the fridge! :)

Congrats Farm! That's fantastic! I'm only down 14...well, 13, really since I gained a pound last week. Hopefully this week will be better. So far so good. I've been a good girl with the points so far! Now if I can just get my rear off of the couch & do some exercise......

Thanks AmyLiz! I've been pretty good with the points too. I think my body has been on a kick from this change in eating...I have not had a gain yet, but I think its definitely coming! I find that the weeks where I've practically gained that I lose big the next week. I know that it'll plateau & I'll have to finally start excersing too. Good luck, stay OP & drink your water!!! (I'll be crossing my fingers for a big loss!)

Has anyone tried that workout dvd that came with the Fast Track plan? I just tried it this evening & boy did I feel stoooooopid. Well, uncoordinated anyway. I'm going to keep trying it as something different to do (I do the Walk Away The Pounds dvds too), but I think it'll take a few times before I can do it without looking like a moose tripping over a fence. :rolleyes:

yeah I tried it and felt the same way I couldn't keep up! It's good to know I'm not the only one.

Down 0.5 lbs this week. Not bad. Better than the 1 lb gain I had last week. I hope to see better results next week since I'm trying to exercise 3-4 times a week now.
