1. Hi I have a question regarding this homework question. The question is a 78 year old has abdominal pain that occurs everytime he eats. He has a history of hypertension, hyperlipeidemia, and congestive heart failure. What do you think is causing his pain? I think it is congestive heart failure, however I am nor sure about that. Thank you!!!!!

Its the hyperlipidemia. He has gall bladder problems.

I would say that it is heartburn as a result of cirrhosis caused by the CHF.

I vote for the hyperlipidemia/gall bladder also. The key is getting the ab pain after eating.

It could also be a gastric ulcer. But based on the three history facts you gave us, I'll also vote for the hyperlipidemia.
