I managed to screw up this semester and failed two classes. I still very much want to be a nurse, I have to write a letter requesting to stay in the program. Does anyone have any ideas, or suggestions on what I need or should say? There is nothing I want more than to be a nurse!!!!!!

You need to ask yourself why you failed? Did you not study enough? Did you not understand it? Were you having family problems at the time? That's the first thing.
The second is, what are you going to do to fix the situation, the next time around? Are you going to study more? More effort? Get a tutor? Are your family problems going to be taken care of before you come bcak?
They want to know why, and they will want to know why it will be different this time? What are you going to do to avoid a repeat of this semester. They don't want their time, or yours wasted. Sounds harsh, but that is the reality of the situation. That is what school administration wants to know?
