Should I work as a CNA or volunteer?

  1. I have just began my core nursing classes. Do you think it would be more beneficial to work as a CNA or volunteer as a hospital? Which would increase my chances of getting a job once I graduate?

Well, working in a hospital would give you a chance to get references and apply to internal postings. The hospitals I've worked/volunteered did not let volunteers apply to internal postings.
