I had never heard this term used before today in lecture and was wondering if anyone else has??

Um, could that be pulmonary hygiene (i.e. suctioning)?

Pulmonary toilet includes several treatments used together to more agressively treat lung conditions such as pneumonia. It would include nebulizer treatments, O2, chest p.t. there are probably others that I am not remembering. It is agressive treatment with respiratory therapy.
