Shannon,

TRUST me.......It gets better. As one of those who can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, it DOES get better.

I had to start from the beginning 4 semesters ago, and I know what you are going through.....Written Communications, Speech, English 1,2, Sociology, Intro to Psych, yada yada yada....I even hadda take a math refresher, starting with "This is a fraction." ( I scored a 42 on the assessment test....:(

so, I know.....

It ain't easy, but you WILL get through it.

Let us know if you need A & P help....most of us have been there, done that, got all the T shirts.....

I am just starting my pre-requisites and I also am having to take Basic Mathematics and first I felt so dumb. I have been out of school for 11 years and at first I was like I am going to go into the LPN program but then I had to talk to myself and say that in the end it is all going to pay off. It is going to be well worth it. That was my biggest fear that I would not get through the pre-requisites but I am looking forward to Fall 2002 and I will have mostly all of my pre-requsites out of the way and will be able to go to the RN program. Just hang in there and just know that you are not by yourself. I am married and have 3 children, with God's help we are going to make it through. For me taking all of the pre-requisites are a pain because I am so anxious and ready to get into some nursing classes so that I can graduate and get to work. LOL:)
