Does anyone know if there is an online microbiology course...and if so, could you please post the link. I had micro many years ago and will need to retake it, and I would love to be able to do it all online if possible. Thanks in advance.

BYU has a great extended studies program. Accredited and not nearly as expensive as some of the other ones. Plus you don't have to apply for admission to the school just to take a few courses

Go to University Catalog
then scroll down to find the Micro class

Be careful though to check the number of credits that you need for a certain class. I looked into Micro online also, but they were only 3 credit, and I needed a 4 credit one to be acceptable to my program.
Also make sure your school will take that particular class as a transfer. Some schools won't take online courses at all.

Also, no lab on the online course, but almost all programs require Microbiology with lab.

I took Chem online (with lab) last semester - through the network of community colleges online here in my home state (Mississippi). http://www.msvcc.org
Although the school I've transferred to is aware that I've taken many of my courses online, they don't show up as online courses on my transcripts.

University of Oklahoma - General Chemistry I+II (5 hours each with lab)
Great courses!
Just wanted to thank everyone who responded.....I am in the process of checking into the various websites that were provided. My course does require a 4 credit micro class.....so hopefully I can find something that has 4 credits, and has an online lab to go with. I can wish, can't I? :chuckle
