Hello to everyone! Medication resource question...

Just wanted to say hi to everyone and introduce myself. :monkeydance: I'm in Nursing II now. I made it past the 1st semester with a pretty good grade. I just don't know if I can do this! ARGGG! The medication sheets that we have to do for all of our patients is kicking my butt. I had to do 41 med sheets on Tuesday night. It took me 7 hours to do them. I have hardly any time to study for tests. Seriously - I am stretched to the limit! I am a good student, but holy cow. Is this humanly possible? Do any of you know of a website or other resource that I could buy like a CD rom that has all of the info that Davis's Drug Guide book has? I'm a computer freak and really learn better with it on the screen - sounds weird doesn't it??? If I had the info on the screen I know I would have an easier time doing this. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Found something called Nurse’s Med Deck, 10th Edition it comes with a CD-Rom. Does anyone else have this? If you do, do you like it??

Our drug book came with a CD. I think we used Prentice Hall. All you had to do was cut and paste it. Those med sheets are crazy. I remember before I learned to cut and paste it took me hours to look up my drugs too. I feel badly for you. But just remember....It will all be over before you know it!! Good luck to you.

I PM'd you about your drug book. Didn't know if you'd come back to this post. Would you mind sharing which drug book you used??

I got your pm and sent you back a message, but just in case I will answer you here as well. I used the Prentice Hall Nurse's Drug Guide 2005 edition. Each edition comes with a CD. Hope this helps you!!
