Would this be an interactive thing for the whole class to participate in?

    Maybe a jeopardy style game?
Topics could be name that structure, treatments, symptoms, stuff like that?

Most of the games I've seen used as learning activities are adaptations of Bingo, word jumbles, crossword puzzles, scavanger hunts, jeopardy, password, wheel of fortune/hangman, and lately, Who Wants to be a Millionaire?

For GERD, and if you are doing a presentation in front of the class, you might want to make up a thing where you hold up examples of different types of food (you could use clean, empty bottles or packages, or pictures) and ask the class to vote on which ones are likely to aggravate the patient's symptoms.
