How is it? Is it as rough as you've heard? What's the best/worst part so far? Tell me everything!

I want to know too. I know they are all busy studying but I hope they will check in with us and tell us how their first days were!! I know that after the 26th, I'll be doing good just to check my e-mail. I did schedule 30 minutes a day for computer time. HA HA but, I forgot to schedule in potty time. ooops!

I still want to know. Anyone, ladies your making me nervous..:uhoh3:

Specializes in LTC, ER, ICU,.

hummm, i guess we shall wait together! :)

Me too! I wanna know.

Maybe they've been sworn to secrecy like all the classes before us. That's why we haven't heard anything about anything until the school has been good-and-ready to tell us! :chuckle:

Spill the beans! Spill the beans! I bet that most people start next week or the week after though...or they have so much studying to do already that they have no time to post!

Hey guys I just got home and as you all have heard it's overwhelming!!!! We started off with a CNA test ( we were required to be certified before class started). If we score below an 85 we will not allowed to begin clinicals next week. After that was finished we went over the student handbook, can you believe the handbook actually said to bath and put on deodorant everyday. There was also a section just for women about a certain time of the month. Anyhow then the really scary stuff about how we will be graded in class, lab, and clinical. All in all we went over about 100 pages of info.

I have my fist day of lecture tomorrow and have pages to read so I better get to reading.

I am finally a actual Nursing Student!!!

Our book told us that female students MUST wear bras and underwear! Does that mean the males don't have to wear underwear? :rotfl:

I had my 2nd day today. It really hasn't been too bad we just mostly have a lot of reading to do! But I really have enjoyed it. I feel like I WILL be able to do this! We have our first test a week from tomorrow and our first Dosage Calculations test. fun fun. But we are able to use calculators so hopefully that won't be so bad. We don't start clinicals until Sept 5 so until then all I have to worry about is lecture test and Dosage Calc. Anyway HTH!

For those of you who have make sure you keep us all posted on how you're doing cuz we're all dying to know!!!
