Finals

We took our finals today for MSB/Peds and I passed. I am so happy. I get a week and a half off and then we start the summer session which is MSA/OB. Wow I get to watch some TV for a few days and even read a non-nursing book. This is the life :) (When do I get to fully have it back)

:chuckle i'm sorry, i had to laugh. mostly at myself for what your post brought to mind.

you see, i used to be as thrilled as you. i LOVED getting those 1-2 week breaks. but now i'm finished with clinical and mentorship for my last quarter so all i have left is class one day a week from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

so i went from full out, non-stop 6 days a week to one. :chuckle and i don't know what the heck to do with myself. :chuckle so my life after nursing school is nothing like it was before. i used to love lounging around the house all day with nothing to do. but now that just seems so foreign.

enjoy your time. and read a good book for me. i'll expect a 20 page paper on my desk in 2 weeks. in APA format no less.

Oh my goodness!!

Whoever invented APA format should be shot!!! We have one instructor who is absolutely anal about it, if even one period, comma or whatever is out of place then it's an automatic 10 points off your paper!! Oh well thank god that is over, no more papers for her. Eight hours of lecture and two clinicals left!!
