Does EC ever answer their phone

I have been calling for a week now trying to get through and keep getting an automated message that they are unable to come to the phone at this time. I am trying to find out if you have completed 2 semesters of an ADN program if this would allow you to be eligible for their Associates program? Does anyone know how to get through and actually speak with a human? Thanks!

I've been calling 1-888647-2388 and then pressing 2 and 7 to get a rep and no one ever answers.

What is EC?

I believe EC stands for Excelsior College. It is known for its distance education programs.
