Has anyone tried the cliff notes for anatomy and physiology? I am taken physiology this summer and want to buy a book that make it simpler for me. Thanks

I just saw that book in the book store at my school, from what I saw when I flipped through it it seemed like it was a compact version of an anatomy and physiology textbook.:)

Not for that particular class. But I did use it for biology. I got a really good deal by buying it used on Amazon.com

I just got done with Anatomy in the fall, and physiology in the spring. I just did lots of studying, and took lots of notes. I did pretty well. Good luck!

I don't know about the cliff notes but I used anatomy and physiology for dummies and I found it incredible helpful... good luck

I have Cliff Notes for A&P and found it to be a nice review for the course (I took it in the fall of 2003.) It would have been even more beneficial to have it for the course.
I'd recommend it as a supplement to your text.

Its good for quick reference, but not a substitute for a textbook.

This is a very old post, but for anyone who is interested... the anatomy and physiology coloring books (the OFFICIAL ones "The Anatomy Coloring Book" ISBN #0805350861 13.99 on Amazon.com, cheaper on Half) are VERY helpful. Anatomy and Physiology Made Incredibly Easy is also supposed to be good, never tried it myself (yet) by I did purchase the Dosage Calculations Made Incredibly Easy, and that is a God-send.

my instructor made his own study guide printed and sold them in the bookstore. this was the greatest because then i new what to really study. maybe you could check around and see if someone who took the class last term would be willing to share their notes from the class. maybe even give you a heads up on the test questions! good luck:)

Yes I have used it for Anatomy/Physiology I & II. It was great to be able to take it with me as my text is huge and heavy. I was able to carry it places where I would be waiting and study. So far I'm doing well in HAP II and survived HAP I with a B when our school has a 40% drop fail rate. I also bought the coloring books and found them helpful.
Good luck!
