I will be graduating this year from the ADN program, and I am looking forward to getting a job right away, but I get very nervous at interviews. So if anyone has any advice on how to prepare for an interview to alleviate the stress of being interviewed, I would greatly appreciate it!

Your best bet is to practice common interview questions and have answers for them. The best answers tend to be a story of how you encountered a situation they are describing, what you did, and how you could improve. If you haven't encountered a situation, say, I haven't seen that yet, but I would do a,b,c and try and relate it to something similar if possible. I tend to write my questions out, but I know of others who practice the questions with a close friend or family member.
