That dh of yours is going to just want to see you, the heck with the casserole. I have cried over sillier things.(((Angie)))
My twins were only 11 months older than my baby. How crazy is that there was the time that they ( 10-11ish) kept bouncing the ball in the living room, this was after the youngest had bounced one that hit the light fixture breaking the glass which landed in his arm and he had to have stitches. Okay back to the day mommy went mad, they had been told I don't know how many times to stop bouncing that ball before. I calmly walked in with the knife I had been cutting onions up with in the kitchen grabbed their ball and cut it in the middle, handed it back to them and said "guess you won't bounce tha ball anymore." Then walked back in the kitchen and started on my onion again.:angryfire I am nonviolent except when it comes to balls deb
Thank you for that hug! I needed it!:kiss Your post put a smile on my face

I like your tactics. They both made me laugh. My 3 kids drive me crazy at times too; and seems like its at the WORST possible times. I read somewhere though that if we didn't have bad days, we wouldn't be able to recognize when we have a good one. lol
P.S. I forgot, the cat drives me crazy too; especially when I'm trying to type posts.

She cried for hours, and my husband walked out so as not to kill her, but not before pretty much grounding her for life!!
I try to tell him that she's in the throws of hormones and we have to choose our battles - but, he just doesn't get it. I won't even get into what the fight started about, but by the time it escalated, it didn't matter - things got ugly.
Oh well, I'm glad to see I'm not alone (I hope) and hopefully, someday I'll laugh about this one too.

I have dreesed my 12 year old when he was poking to slow as he screamed I can do it
I have threaten to send them to school in Jammies
I also make them do stupid hard labor like one day I made my son move boxes in the basement the the next time he go into trouble I made him move them all back upstairs
my daughter has had to take everything out of the cabinet to clean them
I have also done things like hid the n64,the game boy, when they really get on my nerves by fighting or being way to loud I put opera on the radio as loud as I can then they actually shut up or leave the room
