Allheat Orders?

  1. I ordered some items of the allheart website feb 12 and it still hasnt arrived... have any of you ordered stuff from there and had this slow delivery rate? ive contacted them but have received no reply.thanks!

    Absolutely the norm for Allheart. They never seem to have anything in stock. You should have received an e-mail telling you what was on backorder though.

    I bought some lab jackets with my name embroidered on them. I received them within a week. So I just ordered a scrubs jacket. I hope I don't have to wait for it.

    I also got something connected with fedex or UPS to track the item the first time. Did you get a way to track your order?

    no i didnt get anything yet.. they have terrible service

    Oh boy, don't get me started on allheart.com. I ordered from them once - won't make that mistake again! :angryfire

    I'll spare you the details of my ordeal, but it took 5 weeks for me to receive items that were not even out of stock.

    By far the worst customer service I've encountered in a long time.

    I'm sorry you have to deal with this - here's hoping you get your items as soon as possible.

    I just got an email in my junk mail folder that my stuff was back ordered. I just told them to cancel the order.

    Wow, I guess I'm one of the lucky ones then. I've ordered from them twice and gotten my items very quickly. Maybe I'll avoid them from now on though.

    Yeah, good heads up for me too. I was okay with my orders, but don't want nightmares like this in the future. Just an FYI though, don't bother with trying to communicate with anyone's customer service via e-mail, it's too frustrating. I always get them on the phone and make them resolve my problem then and there. While most companies don't seem to post their phone number on their site (gee I wonder why) you can often find it using google.
