Nope, just sign as LPN.

What's a TC?

Specializes in Neonatal Nurse Practitioner.

Technical certificate?

I have a BSN but I don't include that in my signature. I just sign Miiki RN.

If you want to be official, like on a resume, the title would be "Amanda Stamm, BS, LPN"

But not just for signing your name at work, you don't need to put degree, especially if it's not relevant to nursing.

People in healthcare settings typically do not include any degrees unrelated to their professional healthcare role.
