Yes this is a great opportunity for those of you who have a talent and passion for writing, and have lots of nursing related stories to share. These articles can be based on your personal experiences on your nursing journey, current events, knowledge you've gained from your areas of expertise, etc.

At times we have certain topics we would like to highlight.......a nursing specialty, student issues, career woes, case studies, etc. We have special projects that sometimes require additional writers.

As we continue to grow, we want to continue to provide our readers with quality nursing articles from competent and credible sources with a variety of writing styles and knowledge bases.

I bowed out at the last minute.

AN wants a lot of personal info, including a link to my FB site. While I have nothing on my FB page that is even remotely eyebrow-raising excepting maybe rogue kittens, I suppose I can see AN's need to ensure nothing will come back to bite them from their contributors. Still. It doesn't set well with me.

I am a creative writer by nature with a penchant for the absurd, and so my own personal "spin" on healthcare issues would probably not fly well, regardless.

I've seen some good work here from various members. Hopefully, they will apply.

I'd love to do this. I've never formally had any work published, so unfortunately I wouldn't be able to provided a link to any of that, but I know I have the ability to add humor, technicality, and my experience to the nursing community via writing. It's something I'd love to do.
