I love working at a teaching hospital. I love all the residents, despite the trials and errors we go through. Yes it is frustrating but I love helping them and I love when they teach me. I am a nurse with only a year of experience and I already am noticing odd orders! I really hope they're a good batch. I had my rough patches with a few residents (like 2 or 3) from last July but we smoothed it out and we do what we gotta do to get our jobs done and learn.
