Uh, is this happening right now? Because if it is then the pt needs to go to the hospital. I'm concerned about someone who is suddenly lethargic w/memory loss. What's the blood sugar? Generally, we look at the signs weakness/numbness/diff talking, swallowing, etc more than purely v/s. I think that the lethargy and the memory loss alone warrant immediate intervention.

I agree with that, but something makes me think the op is not a nurse. The original post was this afternoon, I hope the person got some help.

well this person is actually my grandma. the stats I spoke of his taken by lay persons so misinterprted?

What I see is b/p 170/56. slight lathargy(sleeps all day) always feeling dizzy, slight mem lost and speaks kinda incoherent like if the thing is 1234 she would say 2134. no favoring of sides no facial drooping

SHE NEEDS TO GO TO THE ER! You need to understand that just because there is no facial drooping, that does not mean that she is not having a stroke. In addition, there can be other serious illnesses that can produce those symptoms, so call 911, and get grandma to the hospital. She is not well. She needs medical attention!

Please have your grandmother get medical attention. We at allnurses.com cannot possibly help you in this situation and wasting time posting here is delaying care for her.

Please get her seen by a healthcare provider.
