I always figured some Snowflakes have sharp points and edges. Is a shiruken a type of snowflake? Just with carbon and iron rather than oxygen and hydrogen?

I don't know, I suspect we might need a new term, maybe "Water Lily". I've lost count of the number of posts by adults who write, "I hate my job, I cry every day/night before going into work.

I thought I understood what snowflake meant but now truly understand. I think I was on the tail end of my managerial career when this new snowflake started to emerge about 5 years ago. I had an employee who wanted me to put in their annual evaluation how their bowels were so regular they did not need to take any breaks longer than to urinate. Not once in the year with the company did they have a bowel movement at work. It was then I decided to stop being a manager. I refused to place that in their annual review and they called HR on me. They were proud of this "unique occurrence".
Well, maybe they were "regular" but it sounds more like they were "full of it"...

In fact, Neats, it was exactly five years ago today!
And, I appreciate the recognition!
