I am 50+ years old and just feel burnt out. I have my ADN. Feel emotionally and physically spent. I have worked:Med Surg, Geriatric Behav. Health, and Hospice/palliative. Looking for a new RN position that may be less taxing than others. What is a decent paying RN position that you would suggest? In hospital or out?

Case management, school nursing, pacu ?

medical office/clinic is less physically taxing but the pay isn't usually much of a draw. Depends on whether the need for a lighter physical load outweighs the need for the $$.

Dialysis clinic jobs I don't know about the pay. One day surgery, family nurse partnership, health department, employee health, school nurse, poison control, phone nurse for a doctor's office. Check indeed.com, state jobs, monster.com and etc.
