Nurses General Nursing

I completed three years of college and I want to get my BSN degree. I am transferring my college credits to another college. How long will it take me to finish and receive my nursing degree?

It all depends on the college you want to get your BSN from and how many credits they accept. Assuming you have completed all the general education requirements, you will still need to complete certain nursing-related courses like A&P, growth and development, microbiology, ect... The actual nursing portion of the program will likely be 4-5 semesters.

If you are within a year of finishing another bachelor's degree, you may also want to consider doing that first and pursing an accelerated second bachelor's degree in nursing. That might make the total time to RN shorter but may present other problems (for instance, financial aid for a second bachelor's degree is often less available).
