Hello,

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I am a recent BSN graduate. I want to pursue grad school but I don't want to put myself into much debt. I already have students loans. Does anybody know of a free tuition fee Masters degree? I know that there grants out there but grants are difficult to find.

This was on NPR recently. Doesn't look like they have anything post grad or nursing, but I didn't look close. Good luck and I will be following this for feedback as well, maybe with popcorn.

Good luck with finding a free program. I highly doubt it exists.

However, there are some employers who will offer tuition reimbursement for employees who meet certain criteria.

My facility paid for about 60% of my grad program tuition between an agreement with the school for a 10% reduction in tuition as well as reimbursing 90% of the remaining tuition up to $5,000 per year. I had to have worked there for a year, not be in a disciplinary plan, maintain B grades, and agree to work for a year following the final reimbursement check. I could have gotten more of it covered if I'd taken off during the summers. When looking for a job, keep that idea in mind when considering benefits.
