I know I have posted a similar question before but is it impossible to take these two together? How hard would it be?

Iis it impossible to take these two together?

This past Fall 2004 semester, I took Chemistry, Microbiology, and an Intro to Nursing class. I gave birth to my daughter on October 13th, and worked 32 hours each weekend (7am to 11pm both Saturday and Sunday, taking only two weeks off after the birth of my daughter). I missed 0 nursing classes, 1 micro class, and 3 chem classes after my daughters birth, and my final grades were: A's in nursing and micro and a B in Chemistry.

It was difficult, but before the semester started I said to myself, what my mother used to: "I can do this" NOT "I hope I can".

If you have success in mind, you will succeed. It will be difficult (nothing in life is free), but it can be done.

Good luck with whatever you decide. :)

We did Chem 101, anatomy 201 and micro along with English, Psych and Nursing history.2nd sem was Chem 104, physiology 101, pharmacology, socialogy, psychology and Public Health.

So yes it can and has been done. Just keep them straight.

It probably depends on your program, too. At my school, all pre-reqs (including A&P) had to be completed before we could enroll in any nursing courses (including pharm).

Good luck, either way! :)

Pharm was a Pre-Req. I took Physiology and Pharm in one sem and kept Anatomy for the next sem. In hindsight I ought to have one A&P and then done Pharm - that's the ideal way to do things.

Apaprently, our program directors had a different view on things...
