Everyone has those moods sometimes.....a friend of mine told me that the key to getting through it is to allow myself to feel whatever it is that has got me down.....just put a time limit on it.
Like, today I am feeling sad....I watched a sad movie, I ate ice cream from the container, I stayed in bed until 10am. I really stayed in that feeling, but I told myself that at 6pm, that was it!
I know that this sounds dumb, but it works for me. I don't spend the day feeling guilty or making excuses or kicking myself for the way that I feel, I just go with it and then it is done.
Hope that you are feeling better really soon, because you always make everyone here feel welcome and accepted.....
I want to do that for you as well!
hugs to you.......

Above all else, take care of yourself! When you least feel like doing something for yourself is the very most important time that you MUST! Buy a set of new scrubs, take a bubble bath, watch a funny movie, whatever cheers you up. Then, and although it's a cliche, do it anyway, go compliment a coworker, do something nice for someone else. If that doesn't work, or you feel the doldrums for more than a week or two, then get to your doctor. We need help sometimes, too!
